Refactor - Replace ToastStore with Vuestic's toast

ToastStore is created because vuestic's toast is not working outside components. An issue https://github.com/epicmaxco/vuestic-ui/issues/3494 was raised and the vuestic devs claims it is fixed in recent versions. Validate this and refactor.
