Show total counts for Projects, Users and Datasets

As a bioloop instance becomes more heavily utilized, it helps to know total numbers of items when viewing pages like:

  • Projects
  • User Management
  • Raw Data
  • Data Products

Total counts for Raw Data and Data Products are currently shown in the Dashboard. That's good and those counts can stay there.

This issue should add the total count to the top of each corresponding section page in Bioloop. For example, in CMG this looks like: image

In Bioloop, I think we could show this value to the right of the corresponding " + Create __" button: image
