Downloaded bundle should have the same name as the dataset, followed by '.tar'

The Bundle Downloads that were introduced in ticket #102 (closed) and revised in tickets #205 (closed) currently configure the bundle download so that the downloaded bundle isn't named like [dataset_name].tar (example: sub-fms02cd.tar). Instead, the bundle ends up having the name of the bundle_alias (I haven't verified this, but that's most likely what's happening).
